Feeling the Numbers
Flying back from Phoenix last night I was sitting next to a 78-year-old woman who is a 6-year breast cancer survivor, and whose character is all grit. We were talking about any and everything and at one point stumbled on the Israel-Palestinian truce/conflict. In the midst of that conversation in which she said, “It’s just a matter of time until Israel Nukes Iran’s nuclear program,” she also said, “We never change. Humans don’t change and never will.” I responded with, “Maybe, but individuals can change, and DO change, otherwise what is the point of it all?”
